| Inquiry (sent on September 22, 2010) | Thanks for your reply, Bryan. The link you sent focuses mostly on the trails for sport and recreation. While wonderful for recreation, and often very useful as a segment of a route, multiuse trails are limited because cyclists need to use the roads to access any destination beyond the trail.

In November 2009, you voted in favour of the motion “That Administration prepare the 2012 – 2022 Capital Priorities Plan with a guideline of 5% of the Transportation Capital Budget (not including LRT) toward Active Transportation Projects.” We wholeheartedly applaud your support of that, and are hoping for some more details on your positions relating to active transportation to share with the cycling community.
